Treat everyone as an individual: 

No two people are the same as therefore should be treated as an individual.  This includes their style of dressing, so I don't pre assign clients to a seasonal type or colour,  I work with them to understand their personality and lifestyle and what image they want to portray.  This is then translated in to a personalised style which is perfect for them and their daily life.

Retail Knowledge: 

I take time to ensure that I work with many of the high street retailers to maintain an extensive knowledge of what styles, brands and ranges are available both in stores and on line to provide my clients with a stress free shopping experience.  They will learn where to shop and how to do it to maximise their time and wardrobe options and to suit their body shape.

Image is an evolution: 

As every client is an individual, so is the time it takes to transform someone from the person they are to the person they want to be.  Everyone has a different level of confidence and for some the journey will take longer than for others - with this in mind, we will work together to manage the pace to suit the individual.

Underwear is the starting point of style:

Every client, whether this is a wardrobe consultation or personal shopping experience will have an initial analysis of the underwear they are currently wearing .  This is to ensure that the foundation is right before we build on style.  In the words of Christian Dior "without foundation there can be no fashion" and he certainly knew what he was talking about!!

Build Your wardrobe rather than replace it: 

Every client can enhance their style by building on a wardrobe of key pieces which can be added to each season to update their current look. This is so much more cost effective and fun than having to invest hard earned money on replacing shabby and worn out items or wasting money on clothes which don't match or even worst, have never been worn.
